The background:
Kevin 37, was an experienced Project Manager in Music and New Media. He had reached a stage where he felt uninspired and was no longer sure that he wanted to continue to work for someone else.  His passion was Property Development, which he had had considerable success at over the years. He  felt challenged as to how to turn he could this into a full-time and financially viable business and if indeed this is what he should do. He approached us to find direction and to establish his options.

The process
Working one-to-one with a professional coach Kevin established that autonomy, variety, hands on projects with attention to craftsmanship and detail were important to him – together with establishing a substantial passive income. After examining various options it became clear that Property Development was the only thing he really wanted to do.  He considered managing the transition by qualifying in one of the trades and continuing freelance project management work. However it soon became apparent that this was not an attractive option to him – he wanted to get going with full-time property development immediately .

The results
With the courage of conviction that this was the right profession for him – he bit the bullet. He was able to secure sufficient finance to fund a lucrative investment and now develops property full-time .
