INTERVIEW Programme

The background:
Tracy, in her had a successful career in local government.  An attractive opportunity arose which would  take her career to the next level. There was stiff competition for the position and she wanted to ensure she performed at her absolute best at the interview. She engaged us to work with her to get her prepared.

The issues
o Developing confidence
o Being articulate about her experience, motivations and career plans
o Understanding of what the interviewer was looking for.

The process
Using a combination of worksheets, role-play and discussion Tracy worked with us to get her feeling 100% prepared on the day.  As a result she was able to clearly & confidently articulate her experience to be entirely relevant to the position in question. Role-play rehearsed tricky interview questions and areas of concern.

The results
The employers said it was the best interview they had seen in a very long time. Tracy was chosen over a stron internal candidate on the strength of her interview.
