Career coaching is a powerful process designed to get what’s not working at work, working. You work one to one with an expert career coach to give you focus and clarity enabling you to take action to get where you want to be. How it works: Broadly speaking there are two stages to the process Exploration Often indecision or just not knowing what to do can be the reason for not moving ahead.  In this first stage you gain clarity of direction and purpose whether this be for a complete career change or an imaginative refocus of direction. This crucial stage is supported by  comprehensive worksheets and assessments. Action In the second phase,equipped with new found lucidity you take focussed action. Your coach will support you to put together and achieve your action plan. Marketing yourself, networking, CV writing, planning an effective job search and interview coaching may also form part of this important second phase. We provide you with all relevant support material. Where to begin We offer a confidential (and complimentary) exploratory discussion with an expert career coach. We review your current situation with you, establish what you would like to achieve and explain about programmes that would suit your needs, aims, time and budget. Should you like to proceed, we would then arrange with you the most convenient time and frequency for your sessions, followed by sending you preparatory intake material. The coaching sessions are one-to-one and built on great mutual rapport – it is essential that you feel comfortable with your coach.  You can choose to meet in person or work over the telephone depending on your preference, location and schedule.
